I love what I do. I help people feel confident for speaking situations that can be very stressful. My approach to improving English language skills is to focus on message, self-confidence, and desired outcomes.
I founded USEP because I saw the need for support among international professionals was not being met by existing consulting options. Traditionally, businesses have had to choose from "business English" courses, or communication consulting that-- as strange as it sounds-- ususally does not consider language in an international setting.
I set out to combine these elements to offer a better option for organizations that are global players, or catering to an international clientele. With more than 16 years of coaching experience, I am proud to have grown the business into one that offers a variety of services in a range of sectors with proven results.
